i got a 1999 100hp 4stroke yamaha. and i got gas leaking out of the weep hole on the second carb. i have removed the carb. and adjusted the float, it was a little to low. but i still have gas coming out the weep hole. i have heard is for over flow but i still have lots of gas coming out of it.

no weep holes.
bowl vents but no weep holes.
either the needle seat area has debris in it or the needle or the seat is damaged. seat is non replacable so dont stick any hard or mettalic objects inside it to clean it.
originally each carb fuel inlet fitting had a filter in it.

ok i didnt see any aparent damage to the seat or needle. but i guess the needle could be worn out? is it normal for just that one carb. to be messed up?

if thats the one that debris or varnish messed up first?yep.
are the 4 carb filters still in the carb inlets?
I use combustion chamber cleaner and a q tip followed by carb spray cleaner to clean the seats and bowl inlet areas.

when your done the only way to reset the carbs is with a 4 channel manometer and the service manual.
just aint no other way.
