leaking fuel 9.9 force

i have a 95 9.9 horse force it wont stay running unless i slowly squeeze bulb. squeeze to fast it comes out primer button.I plugged off the primer button and it now comes out of the carb. Don't know what it is.I would really appreciate some help and thanks

Sounds like you have air getting into the system and maybe a fuel pump or fuel diaphram problem to me. But I am no expert so don't take me serious just an idea from cleaning my fuel system on my 1988 force 125 hp

i took the carb apart and the float was stuck used sea foam and it is working great now thanks for your help 88bliner
