Leak Exhaust gasket?

1994 120hp force
I replaced head gasket, (cylinder #1&2 have milky color) after replaced head gasket, it still have milky color. All 4 cylinder compression test 150psi. I removed the exhaust cover I saw milky color there, it is bad exhaust gasket?help please

Yes the gasket is probably bad.
Make sure the mating surfaces are good and "squared off"
or the new gasket will leak too.
