i went by the salvage yard today and picked up a used HT lead to armature plate anchor for my 56 big twin 30. The original part number (376467) has been replaced by (376902). The new part is described as anchor with pin. What is the "pin"? the old part was broken where it should have been and the new (used) part does not have it.

"pin" is the brass pin that the throttle control kink attaches to. It is part of the anchor, and is not replaceable.
