I boat in Central Indiana lakes and we have some lakes that charge $30.00/day to Launch your boat. I have seen a steady increase in all cost that have to do with Boating. I still will go every nice week I can. Thought?

Only place I have to pay a fee is at the park reserve launch on Minnetonka. Costs $5 a day or $35 for a season pass. Used to be $20 a year

You're gonna hate me. The ramp I've used for the last 4 years is $7/day or a season pass for $21.

Most of the local ramps here are free

michigan now has the free state parks only cost $10 when you renew your plates you can opt out but the main 3 or 4 ramps i use are in state park territory so why bother. another ramp i use is federal and those people are lazy and rarely get up to charge me so its normaly free.

I only launch at 2 places that have fees. Both are state parks and technically I am paying to park not launch the boat. The first place is $5 a day and the second is $12. Those are resident rates, if you are from outside the state the price is more. The prices have not gone up this year.

There are 2 ramps I use. One owned by the Electric Company charges $3 and the other is a local Marina for $7.50. Season pass at the first is around $35 last time I checked and the Marina is $145 per year. The Electric Company ramp has limited parking and a huge amount of idiots that have no idea what ramp etiquette is or even common sense so I tend to use the Marina. The nicest ramp is at a State Park but it makes the 5 minute commute into 35 minutes.

Cost $4 per day or $30 for annual pass. I can not remember if the annual pass went up from last year, if it did it was not enough to notice. The charge is a park day use charge, allows access to boat ramps, swimming beaches, or picnicking area. There are 7 parks around the lake, but the annual pass covers more than just my local lake. We get the annual one and it usually pays for itself by the middle of June.
