i learned a lot about finding crappie and catching them last year. and was very succesfull this year. and it was mostly due to going with others that already had the skills that taught me alot. so this year i was all fired up to catch a striper. i came across a fellow at my work that got transfered do to his plant closing. so he sure enough has done the same teachings and showed me three hotspots. so far ive caught 8 striper in the last 3 days. largest being 9lbs. problem is he ask me not to tell where his spots are. and i will not, thing is my friends are kinda ill with me about this secretivness

Do like the secret agents do in the movies. Blindfold your buddies and take them for a ride in a panel truck through the country then put them in the trunk of a car and drive some more. Finally let them out and fish. All the while never tell them they are only a mile from where you started.:D Seriously I understand keeping the hot spots mum. Glad to hear you have hit some good striper fishing. I missed a good spring run of them here in MO due to the rain. :( Hopefully My boys and I will get a chance at them before too long. God Bless.
