Depending on the time of year. In the spring(when the dogwoods are blooming) Use a floating worm around the edge and laydowns. Use either white,pink,or yellow. Also a white spinnerbait with a grub trailer(white or white with a red tail)Also Texas rigged worms(Watermelon or gourd green). Deep diving crankbaits will also work on the drop offs around the flats for the fish that have already spawned.(Bomber or a black and silver #7 or #9 Shad Rap)
