I am just looking for places that can be boated to on Lake Simcoe on the west side. I am in Beaverton, and know the spots on this side (Lagoon City, Pefferlaw, Orillia, and Trent Severn waterway).

Anyone out there in the innisfil, sutton or keswick area that could give me an idea where me and the g/f can boat too and get food/lunch/gas on the west side, I know Barrie right downtown in the bay with hooters n such there, but its a bit far, just looking for other places.

List em folks if you could,

thanks
steve

p.s it was like glass out there today, hope you made it out :D

Re: Lake Simcoe destinations

The restaurant at lefroy harbour iis the Fork & Plate (Although it looks like they are changing it based on the lefroy Harbour website...It is showing Harbour House Restaurant)

Hopefully it will remain the Fork & Plate. It was well run, reasonably priced, and family friendly. Nice patio too. The patio overlookd the marina harbour, not the lake/bay

A lttle further North is Monte Reno. The restaurant here is more Hamburgers, sandwiches, and grilled food. This is a good spot for breakfast. Their patio has a better view of the bay.
