Went down to Lake Powell for the last trip of the year and had a blast. We camped on the Lone Rock Beach where beach launching is allowed. I had to back in pretty deep to get the boat to float but I didn't even need to use 4wd to launch or retrieve. While there we made the trek to Rainbow Bridge, it took about 1.5 hours to boat there but was definitely worth it. Here are some pics of the trip.
