Lake Mead/Willow Beach..

I"ll be heading out next Thursday for my monthly fishing fix at Mead and Willow...Probably fish both places...Any tips or advice always welcome and will post after I go...Thnx, Jim..

2 1/2" Pearl Swimbaits.Darker the backs the better.

Fished Vegas wash Saturday..Lots of shad way up in the wash where the water feeds in..Nothing was on them and water really dirty...Fished our way back to the ramp but only managed 1 turtle on a dead shad..Did see about 6-7 boats at Sand Island jigging deep..Saw a couple stripers caught..We tried shad patterns, white spinner baits, plastic worms but no luck..Monday I didn"t go as the wind was blowing pretty good..Next month will try again...

I missed this post, but shoot me a PM next time and I'll give you any info I have.

If it was blowing on Monday you should have hit Willow, big stripers like it that way....
