I went to this lake for the first time last summer. I thought it was beautiful and enjoyed riding around it. However, we had NO luck fishing whatsoever

What part of Pa is this lake in? and is it limited HP?

Hanover, PA. 20HP limit. Part of Codorus State Park.

The lake has a 20 HP limit...does anyone know if this is stiffly enforced or?? I have a 14 ft. trihull with a 28 HP outboard. Am I asking for trouble by taking it there?
