We don't get down that way, but didn't want your request for boaters in the area to go unnoticed. We are a little ways up river (2 to 3 locks I think) where we boat, but could plan a trip to enjoy a day!

I spend time on Lake Seminole, Georgia/Florida. Does lake Guntersville have ACF River System access? Sometime in the Spring, probably April/May, I'll be boating down the River System with my family and hopefully a bunch of other boats. About a month or so out, a date will be set and plans will begin to take shape on the forum. There are at least a few interested members so far.

Hi Rick. I just bought my boat in December. Will be putting in at Redstone Arsenal and locking into guntersville to ski and tube. My wife is a little afraid of the currents in the TN river.
