Looking from the back the ladder is in the way for using the traditional Y rope.

How can i pull skiers and tubes without a pylon. And cheap is the ticket.

I added 2 new transom eyes to my transom and raised them about 18 inches. Just make sure that the transom is reinforced where you decide to drill for the new eyes.

I picture might help a bit more on this subject, but why can't you just use a y-rope with the rope going around or through the ladder?

You could try the extra long towing bridle (there's a 16ft one advertised on iboats). If you sketch a 12ft vs a 16ft coming from the back of your boat, you'll see that by moving the intersection further back (probably a little over 2 feet between the 12' and 16'), you'll get more clearance for your ladder. The longer the bridle, the larger angles your \/ will have where they hit the transom. Depending on the particular set up, this may help by mitigating the interference with the ladder during towing. Though if you do this you'd want to test and make sure that the longer bridle does not act funny in your specific rigging during sharper turns etc.
