Ladder or Plateform

I got a 18ft Chrysler with a 200 hp outboard. I'm' trying to figure out a better way to get people out of the water after ski tubing/. Any ideas

Its going to be hard to help since we don't know what the back of your boat looks like. Maybe this would work.

I'm assuming since it's a Crysler it's an older boat, maybe one of these that hook on the side will work well for you unless you want something more permanent?
