Ladder for swim platform 2006 Four Winns 244 funship

Kids put the ladder down yesterday (without Daddy knowing), and the boat drifted into the shore. The ladder on our 2006 Four Winns 244 funship is now beyound repair. I checked with my local dealership on the cost of a new one and was told, "those are specific to Four Winns". The price is approximately $350.

The ladder folds up nicely into a compartment within the swim platform and I would need to have something that fits into the same area. I have attached a picture of the ladder.



Any thought or ideas on a clean looking replacement?

Four Winns part number is 031-1505 or 5816-2005.

Welcome to iboats. You would be surprised what a local metal fabricator can repair. Might be worth a shot. If not, have a look here.

Look for one at boat salvage yards. $350 is simply ridiculous, even for a boat!
