Kudo's to Staples

4 1/2 years ago I purchased a desk chair for the computer desk.....

Recently the chair fell apart..... one arm broke and the seat tilt mechanism cracked. I was going to repair it with a wire feed....but the wife said to buy a new chair.

Went to Staples and the Manager assisted me and mentioned that the chairs carry a 5 year warranty so....I put off the purchase and called the 800 number on the bottom of the chair.

Wow!! One week later I received ALL the parts to repair the chair via UPS at no charge!!

It is nice to have great customer service and a warranty

Wow 5-year warranty, never would have guessed. I have 2 chairs from Staples, not sure of the actual manufacturer.

Nice to know.

Look under it and see if there is a phone number and product code

I received:

New arms (a set)
New lift cylinder
New tilt mechanism
New seat

The only parts of the chair I used from the old one was the seat back and the base.

humm in two weeks you could have a complete chair for free ....call the number and ask for the base and back TOOOO ....just kidding
