Koehler generator

I just purchased a 1997 formula 34pc with Koehler generator. What is recommended oil for it, doesn't say and want to change oil

Depends if its gas or diesel and what Temp it will be used in. Model number would help. For the most part its 10w30 or 10w40 which gives a Temp range from -4* to 100*F for gas.
