The knock sensor has a brass Y-fitting for both the sensor and drain plug
I need the Brass Y adapter
I Can't find it or a part number.
not sure if it's a Mercruiser part.

Man that is salty for what amounts to a 1/4" npt wye. You could order stainless pipe fittings from a place like mcmaster carr for a few bucks less

The Knock Sensor has a different Thread ( fine) that blue drain plug.
its $95 i think ill get a plug and take it out of the block and try to EZ out the rest of the knock sensor The boat is in the water so it adds a little stress to the work...

gotcha sorry for the confusion.

The Y junction has the Knox sensor pointing straight into the block. Don’t know if that would make a difference?
