Is it better to pull a kneeboarder from the tower or ski hook? I know that you are not supposed to pull a tube from the tower, but could not see why a kneeboard would hurt, they seem like a wakeboard. Also 2 of the kneeboarders have never done it before, if that matters

I'm a pretty hardcore kneeboarder and I always go from the tower as do my 5 and 9 year old kids..

We kneeboard from the tower as well, myself and kids. It pulls less than cutting on a wakeboard in my opinion.

Skiing, especially single ski starts, I use the ski pylon. Tubing I use the transom hook.

There is a master craft on our lake that pulls two knee boards at a time from the tower. Although the same boat pulls multiple tubes with multiple people on each tube from the tower!

with the proper speed, and pulled from the tower you can get some gr8 air time to attempt flips on the board(mostly killer wipe outs) when hooked to the boat it's pretty difficult to get the same airtime when on the board hitting the wake........thats what I found;)

Thanks for your answers. Kind of what I thought, kneeboards are like wakeboards and would be more fun from the tower. No tubes and why would you want to ski from the tower any ways.

I would probably pull my kids from the tower as they learn to ski, mainly to keep the rope out of the boat, etc, and maybe (just maybe) the higher pull point helps the little guys. But once they start cutting no way.

And myself, never. I'm way too big for that.

It makes me cringe when I see tubers getting pulled from the tower.

Check out youtube man. I would almost kill to have a tower to ride behind and a big wake. I ride behind my bass boat but the wakee is pathetic which limits me to jumping wake to wake and spins, Im dieing to pull a flip.

I am counting down the days until my boat is ready to be sold so i can by ski boat and throw on a tower.
