Kill switch on my motor has never been connected since I bought this boat about 6 years ago. Never had any problem starting. Yesterday it was acting up, but finally started. Now it's acting as if the kill switch has been disconnected. I have the clip and lanyard for it, but it doesn't seem to fit. Don't wont to force it. When I turn the key, the oil light comes on and it beeps. No click or anything else. Any suggestions?
