Re: Ketchup or vinegar?

Well Wisconsin is famous for Fish Frys........Every Friday. (And Wednsday)

I like my fish (beer battered or breaded) with a squeeze of lemon and a little salt.

Chips or Fries if I have them are eaten with ketchup..........I prefer a nice German Patato Salad or Patato Pankakes (applesauce as a topping) with my fish fry.

The beverage of choice: either Miller High Life or a Leines Red or Northwoods Lager

How come you can't good malt vinegar here in the states? It always seems too mild. I know it's "malt" vinegar, but it has too much sweet and not enough pucker to it.

RF you with the DNC' you have a knack for wording a poll to skewe the results in your favor!

Anyway, malt vinegar, the only thing you need with chips. Or, up here you get gravy and cheese.
