First volley:<br /><br />I use tartar sauce, ketchup, salsa, vinegar, horseradish, brown sauce (Heinz 57) and I once made a really good sauce by combining some mango fish marinade and A1. I use them together, separately or sequentially depending on availability and my mood that minute.

QC that sounds like something from the left coast. Any good cajun knows ketsup for fish includes Worchester sauce, Tobasco from Avery Island not off spec stuff, little bit of lemon and lots of horseradish and cold beer (any brand just cold).

I like to mix miracle whip and KETCHUP together also. Malt vinegar with Gibby's fries always. At McD's I use ketchup if I eat in or nothign if I drive-thru, wierd huh?

Ketchup-MANDATORY with fries. Just like A-1 with a BAD steak. NEVER on a good one!<br /> <br />Vinegar, best left for prepping outboards/aluminum boats for paint. That's about it. Oop's forgot one, not bad for cleaning corroded electrical terminals.
