Keeping minnows alive?

So I wake up this morning, had everything set to get out on the lake, but the storms they had predicted showed up & rained me out. Not to mention it was only 38 degrees when I woke up.

Anyways, I have a couple dozen crappie minnows in my bucket with nothing to do.
Is there any way to keep these alive for an entire week?
I have a battery powered airator(sp?) but it's so loud I have a problem keeping it on very long.
Any tips? I'd hate to see them go without serving their purpose (to catch me fish :p )
Thanks.

keep lots of ice on them, but dont freeze them. Will stay alive for very long time. Also they like toast crumbs.

Have you had any CPR classes..take little finger place on chest..do three light pumps..open mouth and blow lightly..try for at least three times if no response then consider doa and go to next one...my bad you did say before didn't you... :D

After CPR and mouth to mouth you will want to keep temp pretty consistant. If your lake water is around 40 you may want to keep the minnows around that temp. If you do the fish tank thing and the temp in house is 72 and you put them in minnow bucket in water that is 40 degrees you will kill them.
