A friend of mine has a 88 model Bass Tracker Tournament TX I believe. The trailer has bunks, but no keel rollers. Since the keel has a "V" rib on it, can keel rollers be used? Thanks, Rudy.

yes, they help to center the boat, but 90% of weight should be on bunks, when out of the water.

i have 4 rollers on my trailers, starting from back 12" self centering, 12" self centering, then two 5" rollers, i also have guide ons. as i load and unload alone.

with the self centering rollers and i have my guide ons set at one 1 1/2 total clearance, i drive up eveything is where it's suppose to be. reach over the bow, and clip the bow stop, and pull out.

unloading, i have a 35' bow line, tie it off on the bow stop, back in tap the brakes, off it slides, pull up take the bow line and dock it. go back and park the vehicle.
