keel pad replacement

Anyone know where I can find a replacement keel pad for my trailer? I have attached a picture as to what it looks like. Thanks for anyone's help.

Have you tried the manufacturer of the trailer, or a trailer dealer?

Thanks for the reply. I am not sure how to identify the trailer. The label is worn off by the tongue of the trailer. I bought the boat used approximately 10 years ago. It is a 1987 Rinker Captiva 19 foot. I remember the owner saying that it was an upgraded trailer. I have no clue as to what it is. Unless anyone has any other ideas, I will tow it over to one of the boat dealers and see if they can identify it.
