So I'm a total newb when It comes to Jet Ski's I just picked up a 1997 ZXI 750 and I have no idea what this is, I looked in the manual, but found nothing. Maybe i'm blind, does anyone know?

Also when the Ski is out of the water, And I move the handle bars. they always end up fully cocking themselves to the right. I also noticed when in the water turning the ski to the left seems to have some fight or resistance, but it is very easy to flick it to the right being that's where the bars want to go anyway. I adjusted the rod in the back on the steering nozzle to try to straighten it up, but that did not help at all. Is there something else I can do to get the bars to sit straight? Or is this just how it is on the ZXI?

crank case vent for draining water out of the case if it gets a soaking from sinking the ski// best advice is to leave that alone,, they are known to cause crank case vacuum leaks
