Kawasaki STX will not start

2000 Kawasaki 1100 STX stalled in the water and would not start. Was towed to dock. Tried to start but nothing. Removed the battery and charged it and re-installed. Boat will now turn over but will not start. Checked the fuses and they are okay. Any help would be appreciated.

open the electrical box to see if it has water inside,, common problem,, also be sure you did not get water in the crank case when you towed it in ,, water can be forced in to the crank case and that will keep it from starting as it will foul the plugs

unhook the wires to your kill switch where your lanyard goes and then see if you have spark. if so replace the kill switch
