After reading most of the other postings in the PWC site, my conclusion was to get rid of the Kawasaki plug wires because thy are prone to problems. OK, so what's good and what is not. In the automobile performance industry, one has lists
of better wires to choose from in any color that one would want. How about a better coil for a hotter spark? An Accel lunch box coil or an MSD
with some cool looking wires, sort of like the import car craze that is happining everywhere. Now there is a market that is waiting to be tapped.
Carbon fiber hood, cowl & excessory panels

Thanks,
Jet Set

if you can find stainless core wire it is the best but it seems to be elusive lately, I go to napa and use the yellow or blue solid core 8mm wires for high performance engines. it is not expensive , once I went and needed only 3 feet the guy cut it off and handed it to me because it wasn't worth his time to write a ticket for that small amount,, if its free it's for me.

If you want to make the wires look cool cut some clear plastic tubing in 2 inch lengths, use cable ties and put a tie through one of the 2 in tubes loop it over one of the wires and back through the tube, then take the second wire and put the 2 ends of the cable tie around the wire and pull the tie tight , snip off the excess and it holds the wires apart do this several times as it goes toward the engine . it will resemble a set of railroad rails evenly spaced and keeps them from flopping around in the engine compartment.

Jeff,

When are you going to get your own PWC
TV show? I will try that. Do you have a
picture of that? I think I can vizualize
what you are communicating but I'm not sure!

Thanks again,
Jet Set
