kawasaki 650cc?? found a oil filler cap thing?

hey just brought my first jetski and just found a little filler cap thing at the front of the motor? is this gear box oil or something? if so how much oil should be in there cause it looks pretty dry,

Do not put oil in there it is electrical it will be catastrophic.
