Kawasaki 1100 ZXi Electrical Issue

When I pulled my Kawasaki 1100 ZXi out of winter storage today I discovered what appears to be an electrical issue. when I switched the on off switch to on absolutely nothing happens (no lights, no gauge needle jumps.) The battery has a full charge, I replaced the Main and Trim fuses. The battery registers 12 volts on my voltage meter and there are 12 volts going through the fuse. Anyone have any ideals or suggestions?

Hello, I have the same exact ski and the same exact problem! Mine is a 98 and I put a new battery in it but still no signs of life at all. No gauges and not even a noise when the start button is pushed. I checked fuses and wire connections but found nothing. Could someone PLEASE give me some hints or tips? Thanks in advance for any help!!!
