Just got a 5 HP Honda, confused about year

Got a GREAT deal on a low hour 4 stroke Honda 5 HP outboard at a yard sale.
Went looking for the info, (year) on it, saw the listing on I boat, but confused as my # don't seem to jive.
Mine is BF50L1004134
I see BF means Honda, 50 is HP, L is long, but is it a 2000?
Can anyone help?
