just found out my 9.9 force is discontinued :/ i think its electical

ok so i just bought a 9.9 force outboard for 150.00 and i thought i could fix it right up lol well i got the fuel to get there but i think some one messed with the electrical system under the fly wheel.... i need the diagram and also can someone tell me what components can go bad so i can check them and replace them with same model and year look-a-likes

this is what that little tag says:
model 92f8a
serial 1080

also the spark plugs are wet and it dont seem like there's any spark

I own a 1997 Force 15 hp and I rely on our local Mercury dealer for parts.

ok so i got it to run but it wont idle! :/ the bottom cylinder is wet what do i do?

check compression, 10% of variance between the 2 cylinders
