joints

I have a Penta 125A with 270 outdrive. I have read about checking the u joints and bellows. My bellows appear OK visually but the boat is old and I have not checked the joints in the 3 years I have had the boat. It runs great with no abnormal noises. How hard is it to do. I have always greased all the zerks I have found. Thanks

You have to pull the drive to do it.

You don't have to pull the Complete drive, only the upper gear box. But you better hit your local Volvo dealer for orings and a service manual before you start.
