johnson trolling motor

have an early 90s model johnson trolling motor hand control,when i press button to troll sometimes have to flip with finger to start,runs sluggish,looks like it has 2 long bolts behind prop. does it come apart to be cleaned or have to buy another trolling motor

does the motor part of the trl motor come apart and how on an early 90s model trlng motor 41lb thrust handcontrol, wont hardly turn and sluggish when it does
