Hi Joe,
No such animal, BUT you can improvise. The carb float from a Mercury can be made to fit the TN carb, and you can hand-cut your gaskets. Not much more to it.

The Mercury float is available at NAPA, part number 18-7208. OEM #13-958983

- Scott

Not available as far as I know. I can give you some incividual part numbers. I'm posting as they appear, but they have to be converted to 6-digit format. Like 12-345 would get the hyphen removed and a zero put in front 012345. 12-34 would be 001234.

41-207 bowl gasket
41-88 mounting gasket
41-162 lg drain gasket
21-199 main jet gasket
13-347 sm drain gasket
41-93 float valve
4-110 float assy or...
3-68 float
41-275 needle valve packing washer

375688 is the number for the water pump impeller.
41-336 is the number for the head gasket.
375663 is the number for the fuel strainer in the tank.

Unfortunately none of these are likely to be available, but you never know when some dealer might have some collecting dust.

Re: johnson tn-27 carb kit

I want to thank you guys for the help. I am bringing this motor back from the dead and will be asking more ? in the future.
I got it to run but I figured if I could get a carb kit it would be that much better. It is leaking fuel from the top of the float bowl but the float look ok. Maybe the float needle?

Either varnish or wear. Or the float don't float no more. If the float valve or the seat are worn you can use valve lapping compound to mate them better. It doesn't take much for those to leak. A rather poor design.

If ya' don't have any compound, use toothpaste. Worked fer me. I just got a TD-20 running using the methods and float as described above. If your carefull to remove the carb gaskets in one piece, you can reuse them. Put a thin layer of gasket sealing compound on them.
