Remeber that a full battery does not mean the starter is getting the full charge out of it. The Solenoid could be almost done, and same with the starter...check these things out to make sure they are in top running condition.

Clean all connections from the battery to the solenoid and from the solenoid to the starter motor. REMOVE and clean, not just visually inspect. Also REMOVE and clean the negative cable from battery to motor.

Also, unless you know the new battery has been charged, charge it. You never know how long it's been sitting on the shelf before you bought it.

visually check your battery cables, for any small cracks, swelling, if moisture gets insde them they corrode from the inside out, and you don't notice it. i had trouble for 3 months, til i found a place on mine that only had 3 or 4 strands still connected. you can also take a jumper cable from the positve battery post to the big red post on the starter. touch it to the starter post. the starter should spin like new. try all these suggestion and post back.
