johnson motor,3 cyl,first cyl no spark second and third have spark

swapped coils out(the things on the side of the motor fairly easy take out)still no spark at top but two at bottom

read somewhere that it could not be a pwerpack since two of the sparks worked.this is a johnson 65 1973 model ny the way.
