Johnson Model 70ESL75E

Can anyone tell me what year this motor is by the Model # 70ESL75E serial J4288046. The year is wrong on the title. I just purchased the motor and need to order some parts. Anyone knowing who sells a manual for this motor. It says it is a 1970, but Johnson did not produce a 70 HP till 1974. The motor needs coils & choke solenoid.

Coils here at iboats. Choke, well you will have to go to an Evinrude dealer or somebody selling genuine Evinrude parts. Or scrap yard.
