Hello, I,m interesting differences J25RLEEB 25 hp to 30 hp? I have plastic top carburetor and its the same to 30 hp.
I want to perform my 25 hp to 30 hp?

Are you using it for competition racing? Otherwise, are you expecting a difference you can notice?

Would make more sense, imo, to look at testing out different props. Maybe a shop in your are that will let you experiment with used props?

Going from 25 to 30HP, about 1 mph increase.
