Hi!<br /><br />I'm looking for a replacement outboard for my Johnson mentioned in topic. I would like to know if someone knows the WEIGHT of that model. (J60ELCIA)<br /><br />I have a 15ft v-shaped 1968 glassfibre runabout (Finnish made). Any ideas of hp-suggestions for that boat.<br /><br />Thank you very much for your help!<br /><br />Markus
That's why I'm searching for possible replacement and I was worried about the weight.<br /><br />That 60hp johnson seemed to be quite a maximum for that boat. And also the weight of that motor. <br /><br />BTW, Do you know if there's is some overheating sensor in that motor which might be broken and causes starting problems.<br /><br />Today i'll borrow compression cauge and check the powerhead.<br /><br />thanks for the info Rick!
