spray the connector with some WD40,for the pin,reach in with a small needle nose and push it so it comes out the back,after it has exposed the crimped connections,grab it and pull til its out,to install .start with needle nose,then either CAREFULLY grab inside the connector and pull,or use a small awl or nail to push into place,you should feel it seat,if not just adjust to length of other pin coonnections,often when removing,once you get it started a tug on the wire will do the trick,but if u want to save the coil its not suggested
