My Dad and I wanted to get out the C. Skiff, but found out the steering wheel would not turn. It worked fine the last ride of last year. Have a manual on the way, but thought I would still try to get other help. I believe it is a manual type. Dad states when he takes the cable loose from the motor that the wheel turns freely and so does the motor. Put the cable back in and nothing budges. Any help appreciated. Thanks!
