Need to identify the year of man' to be sure of the correct repair parts. The transom mount shows a 1993 88. The block has the different number of G0484201,, the last digit is obscured.

Likely the serial number has long since been purged from the Bombardier database. So, you are left to your own resources to determine the year. You can surf out to the factory parts diagram website: epc.brp.com. All the parts lists for all engines are there. You can compare your engine to various years of the 88 powerheads. The exploded diagrams are helpful. Compare part numbers from your engine parts to the parts lists.
Thanks for the response emdsapmgr. Not such a big deal I suppose. I can do the old parts comparison thing. Would be a time saver if I knew what it is.
