Johnson 48 Special Fuel Filter

Were is the fuel filter on my Johnson 1991 48 Special? I looked between the hose conector and the fuel pump and can't find one.

There isn't one, Offshore. It would be a very smart addition. Get one that seperates water as well as filtering with a replaceable cartridge. Put it between the tank and the primer bulb.<br /><br />Red sky at night. . .<br />JB
