I just picked up a 4 hp johnson seahorse model #4W72S , can someone give me the year? 1972?? I checked it for spark and it looks like i'm getting spark on the top wire but not the bottom.What should i look at to fix this?I got it started and it ran for a few seconds then cut out. After trying for a while more I noticed fuel coming out the front of the carb where the choke plate is . Stuck float???? I would think its getting fuel from the fuel pump or it wouldn't be leaking out the carb. Thanks for the help
