Johnson 25HP outboard motor

What is the fuel mixture for a 25 Hp Johnson Outboard motor with a 6 gallon tank?<br /><br />I have mixed 16ozs per 6 gallons is this correct?<br /><br />Also, the engine still smokes...Is there something else I need to do in order to stop the smoke...I have changed the spark plugs also...NEED HELP>>..<br /><br />------------------<br />Douglas plambeck
