Johnson 15HP Seahorse - Need Tiller

I have a 1980 (around) 15hp Johnson Seahorse .. I am looking all over for a tiller for this sucker. The motor was previously rigged for remote steer, but I need a tiller for it (we ripped the console out of my 1960s 13' boston whaler many years ago...).<br /><br />I cant seem to find one anywhere.. I have a few places researching new kits for me, but I am not opposed to used parts. <br /><br />The model number on the block is: J15RLCSD<br />The serial is: E5250155<br /><br />I am willing to get the part shipped, so any place in the country that will ship will do.. I just want this to WORK!

hrmf...I called H Chalk and Sons In northern NY (found a good reference on this board for them) and they said the part kit is no longer available - I would have to order each screw, gasket, etc, separately....<br /><br />back to top

Dug around on ebay and found a tiller listed under the OMC label... $40 shipped with all the parts...
