Hi Folks,
Okay My Engine Is A 1991 Johnson 155hp Commercal..
Problem Is The Starboard Temperature Sensor Seems To Be Bad. The Engine Is Not Overheating But The Temp Tripss The S.l.o.w. Mode. As Soon As I Unplugged The Engine Runns Fine. Is There A Way To Test The Sensor Without Removing It ? And If I Do Have To Remove It Do I Have To Pull The Head Cover Off? And If I Do Should I Change The Head Gasket On Both Sides Port And Starboard? The Reason I Ask Is Because Working On Cars When You Change On Head Gasket You Change The Other No Questions Asked.
Also Is There Any Way To Remove The Sensor Without Pulling Cover?
