I lifted the "suction tube assembly" out of the oil tank to troubleshoot the level alarm. Now I am concerned that there is an air bubble in the riser tube. Should it be unhooked somewhere and pumped out with the bulb? Thanks

disconect the oil line at the vro and pump some oil through using the primer bulb at the oil tank. this will clear any air from the line .then re attach the line and squeeze the bulb till firm.
