johnson 150 gt help?

i just decarbed my 89 johnson 150 gt a month ago. with the decarb i went from 42 mph to 58 mph. ran it 4 or 5 times(ran smooth as could be) and now back down to 47 mph.. is it time to decarb again? might it just be fouled plugs?( didn't get to check them yet just got home and it was dark.) hole shot dropped also.

There is something going on there beside just decarbing. Decarbing helps out but not that much. Maybe you are passing junk into your carbs/jets? Just my 2 cents :-}
